WestEnd Neighborhood House
Funding from JMC will help acquire an additional property for LifeLines, a structured life-skills building residential program for displaced foster children.
Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County
Support from JMC will help establish a youth volunteer program that provides opportunities for the children of Habitat participants to work together with school-aged community volunteers.
Supporting Kidds
JMC is the sole sponsor of a program that will provide a Supporting Kidds Survival Kit for every school in the Sate of Delaware. The kits are designed to educate counselors, teachers, and parents on the best ways to assist children who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Children and Families First
Through the administration of the Children’s Special Fund and the Family Special Fund, this organization meets critical client needs which cannot be fulfilled through other services. The majority of recipients are foster children.
University Settlement
In honor of our many Ohio donors, JMC helped purchase a property in Cleveland to support a structured transitional housing program for homeless families.
Shoes That Fit
Clothes closets will be stocked in three of New Castle County’s poorest schools to provide clothing to needy children.
